🎬 THE SECRET AGENT: In the dictatorial Brazil of 1977, electrical engineer and widower Marcelo has fled in his bright yellow Beetle after discovering a financial scandal involving a minister. He is now on his way to his hometown of Recife, hoping to be reunited with his young son, who lives with his parents-in-law. Once there, with carnival in full swing, he discovers that the city is not as safe as he had hoped. Under a different name, he finds work at a government agency responsible for issuing identity cards. He hopes to find information about his missing mother in the archives. Meanwhile, two hitmen hired by the minister are looking for him...
