== about Javier Pastor ==
With a degree in Stage Direction and Dramaturgy from RESAD, he has spent nearly twenty years in the world of theatrical improvisation, fourteen of them as a teacher. Founder, director, instructor, and improviser at El Club de la Impro since 2009, he has created and directed over thirty shows and participated in numerous national and international festivals (Chile, Portugal, the Netherlands, Canada, Finland, Ireland, Italy, Colombia, Belgium, France, Japan, Costa Rica).
== The Methodology ==
Javi’s workshops focus on the space between improv and formal theater. He teaches how to use the technical rigor of stage direction while staying spontaneous. Participants learn to direct from within a scene, build strong narratives, and use specific stage codes.
