How to be funny / authentic on stage and using fear to your advantage.
You want to be funny on stage, whether it is a comedy show or keynote speech and feel genuinely authentic? Then join this special Stand-up Comedy workshop where you learn the basics to be funny in front of an audience. We will explore comedy techniques, the mindset, and basic joke writing skills that you can apply immediately. Most importantly we will have fun. You don't need to have any prior Stand-up Comedy experience, just your curiosity and willingness to try!⏯️🗓️: 13 Oct 2024, Sunday

An Amsterdam based Comedian, Storyteller and Producer.
Michael studied Psychology and Economics. After studying Economics he despised business people. After studying Psychology he despised all people. And after starting comedy he fell in love with people - his audience. Comedy has turned his struggle of public speaking into his passion.
He has been performing for the past 10 years with his dry, witty, offensive but lovable humor.

Teacher's day special: A Classroom Improv Jam at The Social Hub
In celebration of Teacher's day in month of October, we are hosting a Classroom Improv Jam! We are sending our respect to various teachers that come in our lives in all shapes and forms who inspired us, made us laugh and taught us amazing stuff at the same time.
So lets bring our favourite classroom moments in an improv jam where you could play a strict teacher to a mischevious class student. Whether you are seasoned improvisor or a newbie, this classroom will have space for everyone to relive our school memories. Get ready to put your names in the hat so that our Headmaster (or Master of Ceremonies) will call you up in the classroom!
No scripts, no grade, no exams (maybe?) - Just laughs, nostalgia and whole lot of fun
