Paint Sound Healing is a gentle and grounding workshop that brings together intuitive painting, sound healing and mindfulness. It is designed for those who want to slow down, reconnect with their body and enjoy creative expression — without pressure or expectations. This is not a painting class. No artistic skills or prior experience are needed. The intention is not to create something “beautiful,” but to create space for self-expression, presence and inner awareness.
What to Expect?
We begin with a short mindfulness and breathing practice to help you arrive, regulate the nervous system and settle into the present moment. From there, you are invited to express what is alive within you through color, shape and movement on paper, gently supported by sound healing. There is no right or wrong way to paint. You are free to pause, rest, close your eyes or simply breathe whenever you need. The artwork you create is yours to take home — a personal piece that can serve as a reminder of this moment and your inner process.
