Family Constellations is an experiential, systemic practice that explores how family histories, relationships, losses, roles and unresolved experiences may continue to influence the way we relate to ourselves, others and the world around us.

In this full-day workshop, facilitated by Kafui Logah Awoonor, we will explore these often unseen dynamics through Family Constellations, somatic awareness and embodied practices.

How does a Family Constellation work?
During the day, three participants will have the opportunity to bring a personal theme, question or situation into their own constellation. We refer to these participants as Constellation Holders.
With the guidance of the facilitator, a Constellation Holder may invite other members of the group to step into the process as Representatives, representing family members, relationships or other relevant elements within the constellation.

The constellation then unfolds through what emerges in the room, offering an opportunity to observe relationships, patterns and dynamics from a different perspective.
Everyone in the group takes part in the day. When you are not having your own constellation, you may participate as a Representative or witness the processes of others. Being a Representative is an integral part of Family Constellations and can bring its own insights and moments of recognition.
Constellation Holders also remain part of the group as Representatives and witnesses throughout the other processes.

The day begins with grounding and somatic practices to arrive together before moving into three full constellation processes. There will be time for a shared lunch, tea breaks and integration throughout the day.

No previous experience with Family Constellations, somatic practices or embodiment work is needed.

Breath, Sound & Cacao is a deeply immersive monthly gathering designed to support emotional release, inner clarity, and reconnection with the heart.
The journey begins with a cacao ceremony, creating a gentle opening for intention setting and presence. This is followed by guided breathwork, inviting deeper awareness and the release of stored tension.
The experience is completed with sound healing, allowing the nervous system to settle and the body to integrate the journey in a soft and grounded way.
This session offers a safe and supportive space to slow down, feel deeply, and reconnect — with yourself and the present moment.

Paint Sound Healing is a gentle and grounding workshop that brings together intuitive painting, sound healing and mindfulness. It is designed for those who want to slow down, reconnect with their body and enjoy creative expression — without pressure or expectations. This is not a painting class. No artistic skills or prior experience are needed. The intention is not to create something “beautiful,” but to create space for self-expression, presence and inner awareness.

What to Expect?
We begin with a short mindfulness and breathing practice to help you arrive, regulate the nervous system and settle into the present moment. From there, you are invited to express what is alive within you through color, shape and movement on paper, gently supported by sound healing. There is no right or wrong way to paint. You are free to pause, rest, close your eyes or simply breathe whenever you need. The artwork you create is yours to take home — a personal piece that can serve as a reminder of this moment and your inner process.
