Yin & Sound is a deeply nourishing practice designed to help you slow down, release tension, and reconnect with your inner balance. The session begins with Yin Yoga, where postures are held for longer periods to gently stretch the body, calm the nervous system, and create space in the joints and connective tissues. Throughout the practice, sound healing supports deeper relaxation, allowing the body and mind to soften effortlessly. We close the evening with a complimentary tea and a sharing moment, offering a warm and grounded space to integrate the experience. This class is ideal if you’re seeking deep rest, emotional release, and a gentle reset at the end of the month.

Meet the Facilitators
Hülya is a certified yoga teacher with a calm and grounding presence. Her classes weave mindful movement and breath, guiding participants to connect with their bodies and find balance within.
Çağrı is a sound therapist and musician who brings depth and resonance to the space through live instruments and healing frequencies. His sound journeys are designed to support emotional release and deep relaxation. Together, they create a harmonious space where movement and sound merge into a transformative experience.
