**The National Oysters Rockefeller Day** is a day that celebrates the history of the dish, Oysters Rockefeller. Oysters have been around for years and Neolithic men consumed vast quantities of oysters 5,000 years ago. We will do around 3.5 miles on the paved trail. Toni will be leading at the front - around 16 minute mile - and I’ll be bringing up the rear closer to a 19 minute mile (or as appropriate). No one left behind. Optional lunch at Paddock Pub.
