Our Silicon Valley Computerized Investing meeting is on Thur, 7/2/2026 on ZOOM.

We will start at 6pm and give newcomers 15 minutes to ask questions. Then we'll start the normal meeting at 6:15pm. Finally, we'll have an open session for discussion and comments.

I will show the status of our 11 best market timers and our 282 best strategies – Strats10 (=131*2 + 20 WF Strategies).

Last month was a great month with a few of our strategies gaining over 30%.

Gilbert will show the current market conditions charts.

Lloyd Mayhew will explain and provide examples of how he back-tests trading strategies using walk-forward analysis and out-of-sample testing to minimize look-ahead bias and overfitting. The goal is to produce back-test results that closely match real-world trading performance and provide a more reliable measure of strategy effectiveness.
