Liberating Structures Kraków #8: Let's talk metrics

Feel warmly invited to a workshop to practice in a friendly atmosphere Liberating Structures. This time, let's bring up the topic of metrics to the table. "What gets measured, gets managed." ~ Peter Drucker. The purpose of this meeting is to select a minimal set of good metrics for your team, and to stay away from "vanity metrics".

The event will be held in English.

What are Liberating Structures?
Liberating Structures is a set of 33 facilitation techniques that allow for unleashing creativity and engagement of participants. You can learn more about them here: https://www.liberatingstructures.com Each structure solves a different problem and has its place and application.

What is the aim of the meetup?
The aim of the meetup is to practice several selected Liberating Structures techniques. During this workshop, we will use:

We will also learn something about metrics.

Who is the meetup for?
For anyone who wants to learn facilitation techniques for meetings aimed at problem-solving. It doesn't matter which industry you come from. If you work in a team, this workshop is for you 🙂

What will you learn?
Techniques for groups that allow for the engagement of participants and unleash large amounts of creativity. Alternative problem-solving methods - if you lead meetings, you will add new tools to your arsenal 🙂

Facilitators and hosts:

Karolina Markiewicz - E-commerce Specialist - she is responsible for product development, sales, and conducting webinars. A passionate traveller who likes to look at things from different perspectives. She is always looking for new and creative solutions to increase efficiency and enjoyment of work, which is why she is here.

Sebastian Wiatrzyk - a specialist for developing software for devices with the bitten apple logo. He is a member of the board of Toastmasters Kraków Public Speaking Club. Due to low wages in IT, he works as a dance instructor. He loves to talk about business, passions, and interests.

Natalia Świątek-Nowak - Agile Consultant, she helps companies make thoughtful changes to deliver value faster. Personal development and sharing knowledge are important to her, which she practices during workshops such as this one! After work she loves spending time outside - hiking, walking, and travelling.
