Alexandria Pints & Pawns Chess Club

Modeled after the D.C. Chess on Tap Meetup, we are a group for anyone looking for casual games of chess in a fun atmosphere.

Members of any skill level, from beginners on up to expert and above, are all invited. Games may be played both with and without time controls depending on individual preferences. If you have a travel chess set and/or clock, please bring them so we can be sure to accommodate everyone. If not, feel free to come anyway as we typically have enough.
We will meet in the back room of Mason Social in Old Town North in Alexandria.

As for parking. It is mostly street parking around Mason Social. I have had luck finding spots around the Charles Houston Recreation Center off North Patrick Street. It's just a short walk from there.
