Gamified Meetings: No Interruptions Allowed

Main Rule: you can't interrupt other people verbally. See explanation below.

Gamified Meetings are discussions in a group with one restriction or requirement. It can be something with voice, topic, gesticulation or something else.

This single rule can alter how the discussion and social setting is perceived.
It can allow you to notice what habits you have that you didn't realize
It can lead to funny situations.
In meeting we will experiment with different restriction or requirements.

Structure
Participants: 4-8
20:00-20:15 - Introduction. Describing rules
20:15 - 21:00 - Main Part (see below)
21:00 - 21:15 - Discussions & reflections
After 21:15 - Free Discussions

Main Part

You can't interrupt other people when they are talking. If you want to say something you need to wait until other people stop talking. You can indicated you want to say something using nonverbal cues - eye-contact, gesticulation, mimics.

Interrupting others is a bad habit that many people have. It shows we are more interested in what we want to say than what others are telling.
