We would love to show its complete picture, every meeting will concern different part of interdisciplinary field that is Data Operations. We will talk about Open Source projects, commercial ones and frameworks that will help working with Data. Meeting is addressed to every person interested in data systems. Big Data, DevOps, real time streaming/processing, ETL, machine learning, business intelligence, data management are only a part of the topics you will hear about. We are going to host presentations from leading providers and specialists, as well as with workshops. Furthermore, we will provide a possibility to share stories - failures, victories and lessons, we had to take along with ideas for the future. This is where data contracts come in, serving as a crucial tool to ensure predictability and avoid chaos.
In this talk, after introducing the data mesh paradigm, we will delve deeper into the essence of data contracts, why they are vital, and how to effectively define and enforce them. Through hands-on examples based on the Data Product Descriptor Specification and the Open Data Mesh Platform, attendees will gain a deeper understanding of data contracts and the necessary tools to manage them effectively within their organizations.
