Microservices are great for larger apps and teams with rocket-number RPS.
Well done modularisation in a monolith can bring similar benefits, while you still have one app to deploy.

Ronald Cummings-John: Leading Quality: Lessons learnt from working with the top tech companies in the world.
Our Special Guest - co-author of the "Leading Quality" book who talked with QA leaders from top companies in the world (including Facebook, Google and Microsoft) - will share his perspective about how engineers have an influence on the quality and how we do it at GAT.

Piotr Brych: Embracing GraphQL
One can say that GraphQL is nothing new and it doesn't solve all the REST issues.
That's true. It's not a silver bullet either.
We use it for a few years now (both BFF and backend-backend) though and Pedro would like to share how it simplified many aspects of our development experience.
