AGENDA
🎟️ 17:30 - Registration & Networking
🚀 18:00 - Opening
🎤 18:10 - Yevhen Poloziukov - From Coordination to Orchestration. How AI Is Reshaping Project Management and Software Delivery
AI is rapidly transforming how project managers and software teams operate. This session explores the evolving PM role, shifting from coordination and reporting to orchestration, context management, and AI-augmented decision making. We’ll cover topics like faster learning, knowledge synthesis, AI-assisted communication, spec-driven development, and the emergence of agentic workflows where AI systems take on more semi-autonomous tasks. Rather than treating AI as magic, the session will highlight how AI-native ways of working are emerging — and why human judgment, clarity, and orchestration remain essential.
Speaker's bio: Yevhen is a Senior Project Manager and AI enthusiast focused on AI-native workflows, software delivery, and the future of knowledge work. He actively explores how Generative AI tools can accelerate learning, improve decision-making, and transform project management and software development practices.
He is also leading internal Project Management and Poland X-AI communities, helping professionals explore practical AI adoption and modern AI-driven ways of working.
🍕 18:55 - Break & Networking
🎤 19:20 - Szymon Kucharczyk - Google ADK: From Local Agents to Production Runtime
Agentic AI has moved beyond simple chatbots. Period. This session will show how Google’s Agent Development Kit fits into the Google Cloud ecosystem and how it can help move from a local prototype to a production-ready agentic solution.
You will learn how agents can be structured, how tools can be exposed to them, how multiple agents can collaborate, and how safety mechanisms like approval gates can be added before taking real actions — all inside Google Cloud. We will also discuss what it takes to run agents in production: IAM, observability, evaluation, cost control, and deployment options such as Cloud Run and Agent Runtime.
The goal of Google’s framework is to make agentic AI feel less like magic and more like software engineering: architecture, code, tools, runtime, and trade-offs. And honestly, we would all love that — less guessing, more structured engineering when building AI-based solutions.
Speaker's bio: Szymon is a continuously learning ML and AI enthusiast focused on developing and implementing advanced AI solutions for real-world data problems. Experienced in applying Deep Learning methods to model complex physical processes, building AutoML and machine learning capabilities, and delivering GenAI solutions across diverse business domains. Currently working as a Senior Data Scientist and AI Engineer while pursuing a PhD in Computer Science with a specialization in Neural Networks.
