We are heading to LES! Opens 3/27! The group behind Superbueno (@superbuenonyc) and Katana Kitten (@katanakitten_nyc) is opening their newest bar, Cocktail Omakase (@cocktail_omakase_nyc), on the Lower East Side this Friday. Cocktail Omakase offers a 12 seat curated cocktail experience—a seasonally inspired tasting journey rooted in Tokyo's hospitality and precision. Partnering with Tokyo’s Bar Libre, we blend the artistry of Tokyo’s cocktail culture with New York City’s, offering guests an intimate, immersive omakase-style experience that is thoughtfully crafted, exquisitely presented, and always evolving.

It’s right there in the name: here you’ll be treated to an evening of small bites paired with four craft cocktails (or low-ABV or zero-proof drinks), created in Partnership with Tokyo’s famous Bar Libre (No.49 Asia's 50 Best Bars 2025). Bartenders are given the omakase-chef treatment here, so you’ll be able to watch your drinks being made right at the intimate counter.

With each drink comes a bite from Chef Phillip Kirschen-Clark, previously of Paradise Lost, ranging from a soy-marinated jammy egg with tomato crumble to clams baked down with sake, ginger and lemon. It is personalized even further as several ceramics and plates are crafted by Kirschen-Clark himself. Please be ON TIME! 😊
