Vinicius Gai - "Using Spring cloud contracts to test your APIs"

Nowadays with microservices becomes more and more popular and services communicating with each other every time, we started to have some challenges during the integration specially to ensure that the contracts between them are working fine, it could be on rest calls or even on queue/streams messages, so thinking on that Spring cloud contracts is a framework that is helping us to create tests that we could check if the contracts between producer and consumer and in case some changes in one side, it'll break on compile time. So with this presentation I'll try to show an example about how to do it on producer and consumer sides.

My name is Vinicius Antonino Gai, I'm a brazilian but living in Poland for 4 years already. I've been working with IT for almost 15 years with different types of companies, business, apps and Java versions(from java 4 to java 11). I'm always looking into some new features/frameworks/concepts that could make our dev life easier with an increase in the quality of our code.
