Breathwork & Meditation in the Park

Take a moment to reset your nervous system and reconnect with yourself.
We’ll guide a 15-minute breathwork session based on the Wim Hof method, followed by 15 minutes of Anapana meditation — a simple but powerful technique of observing breath and stilling the mind.
No experience needed. Just come with an open mind and blanked.
🧘 What to expect:
– Deep breathing to oxygenate and calm the body
– Mindful stillness under the trees
– A short, powerful pause from screens and stress
📍 Location: pole mokotowskie
🕒 Time: Please arrive by 10:50, we start at 11:00 sharp
⏱ Duration: around 1 hour
Bring a mat or something to sit/lie on, and a blanket if it’s chilly.
Water and snacks
Do not eat at least 1 hour before breath work
