In this session, Aneta will guide us through why interviews matter, the four main types you can use, and how to approach them in a structured way. She’ll share best practices, common pitfalls to avoid, and hands-on strategies to plan, run, and analyze interviews effectively – even if you’re the only one in your team.
You’ll learn how to efficiently plan, execute, and analyze user feedback to truly drive product success.

So, you’ve talked to your users – now what?
Alex will show how to take insights from interviews and transform them into concrete product direction using Lean Inception. This talk will focus on bridging the gap between stakeholder expectations and team execution, making discovery not just theoretical, but practical.
