*** AGENDA ***
18:00 - grab a drink and take a seat18:10 - 18:30
Speaker: Aleksander Uznański
Topic: Where, Why, Whether: how analytics, interviews, and experiments turn a painful number into a product decisionAbstract: Most product teams have plenty of data and plenty of user feedback, yet many still ship features nobody uses. The problem is rarely the tools, it is the order in which we ask questions. In this talk Olek shows how 2 very different teams, a B2C neobank and an AI design tool, went from a painful number to measured impact by asking three questions in sequence: where does it hurt (product analytics), why does it happen (story-based interviews), and whether our fix actually works (a scoped experiment). You'll see the real funnels, the interview quotes that overturned the "obvious" fix, the test cards, and the results (including one case where interviews were deliberately skipped, and why that was the right call).
Round table / Workshop: At the table afterwards, bring one challenge from your own product that hurts - we'll work out which of the three questions you're missing.
18:30 - 18:40 BREAK
18:40 - 19:00
Speakers: Aneta OrszewskaAbstract: I am excited to invite you to our upcoming session on Client Segmentation from a Product Perspective. We will start with a brief theoretical introduction before jumping into a hands-on workshop. Together, we will practice how to effectively interview and communication with both buyer and user personas to build better products. I look forward to seeing you there and exploring these practical strategies together!
Key takeaways and skills participants will learn:
- How to precisely separate the buyer persona (the decision-maker) from the user persona (the actual product user).
- How to approach customer segmentation through the lens of real product value and core features.
- How to conduct targeted conversations with different types of personas to better uncover their true needs.
- How to turn theoretical frameworks into repeatable, day-to-day product management processes.19:00 - 19:10 BREAK
19:10 - 19:40 MINI-WORKSHOPS WITH ANETA and ALEKSANDER
19:40 - 21:00 SPACE FOR NETWORKING
