Piotr Migdał = "Livelossplot - and other tools to visualize machine learning"
"livelossplot" is a Python package developed by Piotr and others. Its
tagline is: live training loss plot in Jupyter Notebook for Keras,
PyTorch and other frameworks. Repo: https://github.com/stared/livelossplot
Piotr is an independent data science consultant and workshop
instructor focusing on machine learning, deep learning, and data
visualization. He holds a PhD in quantum physics from ICFO, Barcelona.
Piotr gave corporate training to companies such as Samsung Research,
Intel and BCG. He worked on numerous projects with deepsense.ai and
collaborates with RaRe Technologies on natural language processing
workshops.
Piotr has lectured at Imperial College London and given talks at
Caltech and the Bay Area D3.js User Group, among other places. Piotr
is the author of a popular blog post series introducing readers to
data science, word2vec and deep learning. In his free time, he
develops the Quantum Game with Photons and is a volunteer teacher of
gifted high-school students. He created and manages the Data Science PL Facebook group - the biggest such community in Poland.

Entrepreneur with Med-Tech background. Robert has developed a startup called InfoScan for Home Sleep Testing, made it public and successfully exited the company in 2017. His CV includes developing 7 start-ups, working at the EBRD-sponsored VC, for corporations (Toyota, Statoil) and managing finances of the manufacturing companies. He has also advised on M&As and successfully completed a dozen transactions. Keen on sports like sailing, windsurfing, ice hokey, football, waterpolo, cycling, martial arts.

Joren Van Severen has over 5 years of experience in building AI technology for leading mobility and IoT scale-ups.
This is another talk in our series of presentations about AI in Mobility. Joren is going to talk about technical deep dive in the struggles of mobile mapping with limited resources. From GDPR compliance to object tracking & mapping without Lidar.
Doors open at 18:00, talks start at 18:30pm, about 9pm we start the after party.
