We connect you with up to 30 Men or Women tennis partners close to your PLAYING REGION and skill level. This program is less competitive, no champions crowned, no league standings just dedicated tennis partners who want to meet up with you on the courts. Thanks for being a part of the CABS Meetup Group! We meet @ the COFFEE UNDERGROUND on Indianola Avenue. We play many different games @ CABS - bring your own or play one of the OVER 2222 in our library. What are your favorite games? What was the last game you played? Hope to see and game with you soon! Doors open early on Saturday Mornings at 10am and around 4pm on Fridays if you are interested in learning new / simpler games ... or new to the hobby or just want to check us out come in early just after noon and we will show you around before the crowd grows. We will once again be teaching origami to the public at the Greater Columbus Arts Festival this coming weekend (Fri June 12th-Sun June 14th). We have a 10’x20’ tent and usually teach several hundred adults and children. ***Come join us if you are local*** \- reply to this email and let us know your availability\. **We are teaching SIMPLE, beginner models, so your skill level is not an issue.** Festival hours are: Fri 11 AM-9 PM, Sat 10 AM to 9 PM, Sun 10 AM to 5 PM, then we pack up. You are not expected to be there all day - whatever hours you want to teach are fine. We (Monica and I) will be there pretty much all hours as we are required to have the tent manned. If you want to assist with set up that is Thursday the 11th Noon to 2:30 We are in booth W728, which is on Washington Ave , between Rich and Main street bridges. This is the west side of the river in downtown. Parking is available in several areas there on the west side. Bring your Raspberry Pi, Arduino, microcontroller, or any other electronic project and join fellow electronics makers for a night of creativity and collaboration! This session is open forum to share your current projects—whether complete or in progress, it’s all interesting! Whether you’re deep into embedded systems, exploring new ideas, or just getting started, you’ll find a welcoming space to collaborate, share, and get inspired. **New to electronics or curious about tinkering?** You’re absolutely welcome. If you’re a beginner and want to experiment, I’ll have a couple of starter kits available so you can try things out—whether that’s blinking your first LED, putting something on a display, or experimenting with simple sensors. No pressure and no experience required—just an interest in learning and building. While we continue to pursue a more permanent venue for this Meetup, we’ll be using public library facilities based on availability. This session will be at the Worthington Park Library in the Olentangy Meeting Room.
