The Vancouver Tennis Society is proud to host and organize The Vancouver Tennis Meetup Group for players of all levels to come together and enjoy the awesome game of tennis while improving their game.
The Vancouver Tennis Society is an incorporated non-profit organization (BN#: 72094 4206 BC0001).
The Vancouver Tennis Society promotes social tennis activities as part of its Constitution that may be of incidental benefit to its members, and organizes tennis activities for the community at large to grow the sport of tennis in Vancouver.

Mission statement:
The Vancouver Tennis Meetup Group is a free place to find people to play tennis with, to have fun, and to grow together as a tennis community.
Group rules:
- No swearing, or comments in disrespectful manner, including any statement that admin deems inappropriate.
- All opinions are to be treated with respect, unless they violate the rules.
- Please stick to the mission statement of this Meetup group. Irrelevant content does not belong here.

As this group's mission is to play socially for fun, advertising for personal services is strongly discouraged. Vancouver Tennis Society takes no responsibility for the professionalism and quality of coaching provided by people offering personal tennis services in comments. Suggestions for those seeking lessons: verify the coach's certification status with the TPA and insurance.

- Courts are not reserved for play and we follow all posted park rules regarding play time.
- Bring your own tennis balls and equipment. VTS is not responsible for lost balls or equipment.
- Post the court number you're playing on in the comment section for people arriving late.
- Public tennis court rules state that people must give up their court to a group of a maximum of 4 people after 30 minutes. Likewise, we must give up any tennis court to people waiting after 30 minutes.
Inclusivity:
- City of Vancouver park rules state that self-organized, level-based events are not allowed on public courts, so this event is not categorized by level of play.
- Therefore, fully expect that people attending will be at different skill levels and be ready to play with any skill level.
- Please be inclusive of everyone attending, no matter their current skill level, and especially welcome those new to the sport.
