Il gruppo propone un vasto repertorio di musiche tradizionali del Medio Oriente, attraversando geografie e patrimoni sonori che vanno dalla Tunisia alla Siria, dall’Egitto alla Palestina, dal Libano alla Turchia fino alla Penisola Arabica. La proposta musicale si distingue per gli arrangiamenti originali dei brani, arricchiti dalle improvvisazioni dei singoli musicisti e dal dialogo costante tra strumenti come flauto, clarinetto, violoncello, oud e percussioni medio orientali. Ne emerge un concerto capace di restituire la ricchezza di tradizioni diverse attraverso un ascolto contemporaneo e condiviso. By popular demand, the group wanted to read and discuss the semi-autobiographical novel by Henri-Pierre Roche, that inspired the Truffaut movie we watched last year.
