Valley Lady Walkers

Based out of Lodi/Galt/Elk Grove, this group is a social gathering of WOMEN ONLY who go walking on easy-to-moderate walks plus other activities together during weekdays and on weekends. Most walks will be 5 miles or less (sometimes with an option for more mileage) and may include going to a restaurant or on a picnic afterwards. Walks are located in and around the Elk Grove/Lodi/Stockton area or farther within the Central Valley, Foothills and Bay Area, but usually less than 50 miles away. Location and description of walks will be posted plus eatery location too. Sometimes we'll meet at a spot and carpool/drive over together. Occasionally we will offer moderate hikes in the foothills or Bay Area. Please come prepared with a day pack, hiking boots/hiking sandals and trekking poles if recommended.
To help pay for Meetup.com fees, a $10 donation per year is suggested but not required - please pay the walk leader as we do not use Pay-Pal. So if you're interested in meeting new friends while getting outdoors for some exercise, join us.
