Practical Management meetup

Our first meetup!
Practical management means that we practice something useful. Something you can take with you on the next day to the office and start getting results.

In a practical meetup everyone participates, contributes and speaks.
We will start with a brief 10 minutes introduction and alignment on principles so we're all discussing the same thing, and then start practicing.

The specific skill we practice and how we do it will change, but we will aim to keep it concrete and relevant to your day to day.

Some skills we will want to practice:

- Working in conflict
- Handling uncertainty
- Delivering feedback to directs
