🎤 PRESENTATIONS
🖥️ You (don’t) need another State Management Library
State management in Angular often feels heavier than it needs to be. In this talk, we’ll take a step back and look at what “state” really is, how different types of state behave, and when popular solutions like NgRx actually make sense. Using Angular Signals and utilities from ngxtension, I’ll show how to manage state in a simpler, more pragmatic way - without excessive boilerplate, overengineering, or unnecessary abstractions. Expect theory, real-world examples, and a live demo that challenges the “one-size-fits-all” approach to state management in Angular apps.
👨💻Paweł Ostromecki is an Angular front-end specialist with a strong focus on simplicity, maintainability, and modern Angular features like Signals. He enjoys questioning established patterns, exploring lightweight alternatives to complex architectures, and sharing practical insights from real-world projects. An active member of the Angular community and open-source contributor, Paweł believes that good state management is less about tools - and more about understanding the problem you’re solving.
🖥️Trust or Not to Trust – Trusted Types with Angular. How the browser enforces XSS protection in practice
Angular is often praised for its strong built-in defenses. Beyond the framework itself, the web platform offers powerful security mechanisms, one of the most important and still underused ones is Trusted Types.
In this talk, we will take a practical look at how Angular protects us from XSS by default and how Trusted Types fit into Angular’s security model. We will explore: what Trusted Types are and why they exist, how Angular integrates with Trusted Types and where it enforces them, common misconceptions around DomSanitizer and “safe” APIs, real-world scenarios where Angular’s safeguards can be accidentally bypassed, and what developers should do to stay secure when working with dynamic HTML, URLs, and third-party libraries. The goal of this session is not only to explain how Trusted Types work, but to build a clear mental model of where Angular guarantees safety — and where responsibility shifts back to the developer.
👨💻 Jakub Namysł is Angular Software Developer with a non-traditional background. Jakub started his professional career as a veterinarian before transitioning into software development, driven by a deep curiosity about how applications work under the hood.
He specializes in Angular-based frontend applications, with a strong interest in application architecture, performance, and web security. Jakub is particularly fascinated by browser security mechanisms and how modern frameworks, such as Angular, leverage them to protect users.
🖥️ W świecie startupów: Dlaczego odpowiedni dobór technologii jest kluczowy dla rozwoju startupu - analiza przypadku na podstawie tworzenia produktu medycznego od podstaw.
👨💻 Paweł Gąsiorowski - I turn complex systems into meaningful experiences — connecting automation, design, and human behavior.
As a Delivery Manager, Solution Architect, and Mobile Engineering Lead, I help global organizations and startups transform the way they operate — building AI-driven automation, medical-grade platforms, and enterprise mobile ecosystems that scale across 70+ countries.
Throughout my career at Avenga, ABB, HSBC, and several startup ventures (including a Swedish lingerie e-commerce brand and a fintech startup developing Android-based fiscal cash registers), I’ve learned one key thing:
technology alone doesn’t create impact — people do!
That’s why I blend an engineer’s precision with a leader’s intuition. I combine business consulting, system architecture, and neuroscience-based communication to drive teams and clients toward clarity, confidence, and measurable results.
Outside of work, I dive, travel, and explore the human mind. Because the best innovation starts where curiosity meets courage.
