Title: Deterministic AI Workflows for a Large-Scale Code Base
Most AI-driven migrations fail not because the models are insufficient, but because the approach lacks structure, reproducibility, and governance. If your current workflow relies on prompt tweaking, manual retries, and inconsistent results, you are not building an engineering system—you are running experiments. This talk focuses on the core building blocks—prompt design, context and token management, tooling integrations, orchestration, and reusable skills—and shows how to assemble them into deterministic workflows. The result is a controlled, evaluable process that replaces guesswork with measurable outcomes and enables reliable modernization of large legacy codebases.
About Michael:
Michael Hladky is a Google Developer Expert (GDE), Nx Champion, trainer, and consultant with a focus on Web performance, Architect, CI and AI native strategies. For years he has been helping companies and developers to scale their processes enabling teams to keep up with state-of-the-art development. As a vibrant member of the tech community, he organizes multiple community events conferences and workshops each year to give back.

Title: What if we made Angular a little less… weird?
Angular is about to celebrate its 10th anniversary in just a few months. Over the years, it’s often been labeled as over-engineered, too complex, and yes, many developers have struggled with its steep learning curve.
But Angular didn’t stand still.
It has evolved a lot, growing alongside developers and adapting to a constantly changing ecosystem.
So today, let’s take a step back and explore how Angular became the framework we know now—and what it took to get here.
About Matthieu:
Matthieu is a Software Engineer from France, born and raised in the Alps. He is known for his community contributions over the years. Active as a community speaker, he recently joined the Angular team as a Google contractor and works on the devtools, documentation, and of course the framework itself.

Title: The Blueprint of Accessibility: A Deep Dive into Angular Aria
Why bury your head in boilerplate when you can architect the experience? Join me for a deep dive into the source code of @angular/aria to see how headless primitives shift our focus from "how to implement" to "which patterns to use." This session isn't just about accessibility it's a masterclass in a new paradigm for learning any library in the LLM era.
We will move beyond passive reading or memorizing everything into an active Research & Learn-by-Doing phase. You’ll see how to treat source code as a primary dataset, using AI to interrogate internal logic and accelerate your mental model of complex APIs. We’ll then put these insights to the ultimate test: Spec-Driven Development via AI Agents.
Using a Chrome DevTools MCP, our agent won't just generate code it will step into the browser to live-audit the DOM and stress-test functionality in real-time. This ensures the "Blueprint" isn't just a static template, but a perfectly executed, working reality.
About Adrian:
My programming journey began with C++ in high school, and later I also worked with C and C++ in robotics projects. After gaining my first professional experience, I realized that the path I was on wasn’t quite right for me, so I decided to shift my focus to web development, starting out as a Java developer working with the Spring framework.
At first, frontend development didn’t really appeal to me - until someone at work introduced me to Angular. It was love at first sight! Since then, I’ve been growing as a full-stack developer.
I specialize in Component Driven Architecture using Storybook, application optimization, and monorepo architecture based on Nx. Over the last few years, my main focus has become accessibility (A11Y), which has captivated me just as much as Angular did at the start of my journey.
Outside of work, I spent over 15 years hardcore raiding in World of Warcraft.
I’m also a big anime fan and a passionate squash player.
