*** AGENDA ***
18:00 - grab a drink and take a seat

18:10 - 18:40
Speaker: Piotr Adamczyk, Product Strategist & Facilitator,
Topic: “Beyond UX: stop selling features and start winning the budget. What designers can learn from sales & facilitation.”

Abstract:
Have you ever had great insights from your research but the budget for the next stage was frozen? Or perhaps your team doesn’t see the point of another Design Sprint?

Design knowledge alone isn’t enough to "win" a project, a client, or real organizational change.

In this session, I’ll show you how to stop asking for permission to conduct research and start demonstrating its business ROI. Drawing on my experience in sales, facilitation, and start-up building, you’ll learn how to create a "language of benefits" customized to your audience - from executives expecting bottom-line results to teams who need to believe in the purpose of their work.

Who is this speech for?
-Leaders: you will learn how to convince management and align your team.
-Freelancers: you will discover how to effectively sell the strategic value of your services to clients.

18:50 - 19:20
Speaker: Kinga Witko – Digital Accessibility Trainer and Auditor
Topic: Accessibility that pays off – Designing without losing clients

Abstract:
Why do clients abandon their carts? Sometimes it’s not because the product is too expensive — but because they can’t click “Buy now.”
Insufficient contrast, unclear form labels, lack of keyboard support — these are not only barriers for people with disabilities. They are barriers that affect every user when conditions are less than ideal: small screens, poor lighting, temporary impairments.

In this presentation, I will show real-world examples of accessibility issues in ecommerce and fintech applications. I’ll explain how they impact conversion rates, customer loyalty, and brand perception — and, most importantly, how to fix them without major costs or team-wide disruption.
You’ll gain practical guidance on how to design and test mobile applications to be accessible — and, as a result, more effective in driving sales.
