Teamwork in practice

Teamwork is a skill - one we can learn, develop, and lead.
I teach teamwork principles with games of all kinds for a fun, practical, learning experience.

By the end of this session you will have an intimate understanding of how continuous improvement works and how teams are shaped to deliver on their objectives. You can go back to work and immediately begin applying what you learned here.

Join me and friends for a few rounds that will show us how teams are built in spite of adversity, even in stress.

From a room of strangers that meet for the first time, to an organized group that delivers on our goals together.

The system is simple:

This accelerated pace of practice shows how a team is built and tested. It is through shared effort and experiences that relationships are created, trust is formed, and communication grows.
