My name is Cristian Figueroa and I am happy to know your heart has brought you here.
Cuerpo Universo was born in 2020 out of a desire to share the tools and practices that have helped me for the last 10 years, on my journey, to connect with my inner self and navigate the world we live in while regulating my emotions, thoughts, and physical challenges.
Cuerpo Universo offers traditional Thai massage, 1:1 exploration sessions, and therapeutic oracle card readings. There are also two spaces to connect as a community: The Monday Meditation Group (weekly) and the Café Consciente Circle (monthly).
Everyone is welcome to participate. In these spaces, guided by our hearts, we will reconnect with our physical, emotional and spiritual bodies to return to the deep peace that dwells within.

Psychedelic Journey & Thai Massage Weekend Retreat

Everything in life has a conscious or subconscious creation phase — a beginning, a middle, and an end.
Some endings are more sudden than others. Many bring resolution, and all are simply transformations into the unknown. Every one of them has a reason, whether we understand it or not.
In the case of Café Consciente, which we have built together, we wish to lovingly honour the journey.
Cristian and Nadia are preparing for the closure of this phase — Café Consciente has been a journey of love, of longing and space-creation, of co-development. It was born from three minds, transformed into two guides and a more stable community over these three years, and its words have echoed into inner, spiritual, and physical worlds.
We are now ready to release it with the same love with which it was born.
Come and join this last Conscious Circle to honour a peaceful closure — of this chapter, or of anything you may also need to release before the end of this Gregorian year and of autumn — to prepare to welcome new cycles.Café Consciente is a monthly sharing circle — a warm, intentional space for real conversation and honest presence. Each month we offer a new theme as a starting point, but the conversation flows wherever our collective energy leads. We co-create the space through active listening, vulnerability, and respect — with no advice-giving, just being.
Bring your favorite mug and, if you’d like, a small snack to share. Together, we sip something warm and speak from the heart (or sit in silence — all is welcome).

Cristian & Nadia bring together their unique backgrounds to hold space for deep presence and reflection. With experience in somatic therapies, cultural inclusion, meditation, and holistic healing tools, they guide participants toward greater body-mind-soul awareness in a grounded and heart-led way.
