Together, we’ll prepare for the upcoming fall season by slowing down and exploring our inner landscape with the guidance of the 🍄🟫Sacred Medicine🍄🟫. Afterwards, we’ll move into integration bodywork through Thai Massage, an ancient practice used by Buddhist monks to restore balance in the physical, emotional, and mental bodies.

What to Expect:
A weekend retreat to slow down, nourish your body and heart, and prepare your inner world for the quieter months ahead.
1. Sacred Medicine Ceremony 🍄🟫
Guided journey using ancestral Mushroom medicine for deep healing and inner clarity.
2. Thai Massage Integration
Mindful, embodied healing through assisted stretches and touch to ground and integrate the experience.
3. Sharing & Integration Circle
Reflective group time to process, share, and honor the healing journey together.
Includes group preparation, medical screening, one night’s accommodation, and vegetarian meals (Saturday lunch/dinner; Sunday breakfast/lunch)

Egle Genova — Medical doctor from Sicily, combining traditional medicine with somatic intuition and Thai Massage since 2017
Cristian Figueroa — From the Colombian Amazon, blending neuroscience, psychedelic therapy, Thai Massage, and storytelling to nurture body, mind, and soul.
