Hello and welcome,
My name is Cristian Figueroa and I am happy to know your heart has brought you here.
Cuerpo Universo was born in 2020 out of a desire to share the tools and practices that have helped me for the last 10 years, on my journey, to connect with my inner self and navigate the world we live in while regulating my emotions, thoughts, and physical challenges.
Cuerpo Universo offers traditional Thai massage, 1:1 exploration sessions, and therapeutic oracle card readings. There are also two spaces to connect as a community: The Monday Meditation Group (weekly) and the Café Consciente Circle (monthly).
Everyone is welcome to participate. In these spaces, guided by our hearts, we will reconnect with our physical, emotional and spiritual bodies to return to the deep peace that dwells within.

About me: Born and raised in Colombia, and based in Lisbon since 2019, I combine several tools (meditation, Thai massage, therapeutic oracle reading, neuroscience, etc.) to bring awareness to the physical, mental, and emotional body. I believe that love is the energy that fuels the universe, and together we can find the places, people, and tools to connect with our inner peace.

"The mountains are calling,” a common saying used by both hikers and monks, is a call to connect with nature and oneself. It’s an invitation to retreat from the world and delve deeply into whatever demands attention, whether voluntarily or not.
Mountains hold special significance in spirituality; they are closer to the sunlight and, for some religions, closer to God or enlightenment.
The process of withdrawal is crucial for integrating new learnings or digesting intense periods and experiences. However, everyday life often fails to provide us with the space for this. To retreat, as a verb, is a choice—an ‘action’ sometimes characterized by inactivity, allowing us to simply be with ourselves.
Join us and take some time to re-treat yourself with kindness and acts of nurturing.
Café Consciente is a circle for sharing and co-creating energy, where each person "holds space" to listen compassionately. Therefore, we invite participants to bring their cups - and a snack if they wish - to help create an environment for sharing.
We have limited seating to ensure everyone is seen and heard, even if they participate in silence. Please reserve your space by filling out the form They are given on a first-come, first-served basis. You'll receive a confirmation email soon.
