O que melhor nos representa

Calling all bootstrappers, side hustlers and indie entrepreneurs of Lisboa – let's come together and build our own support network!

Indie Hackers (https://indiehackers.com) is a global community of bootstrappers passionate about building profitable online businesses. It's run by user-generated content from other indie makers. Whether you are working on monetizing your blog, launching your own app, building an e-commerce store, learning from others' success can help you persevere.

Since I started my internet side hustle, I've founded incredibly isolating and demoralizing at times to work on my side project alone. Seeing that other indie hackers are hosting meetups in their home city, I thought it would be beneficial to start a chapter in Lisbon and meet kindred spirits.

What this group is about:

• A local chapter of the global IndieHacker.com community (no business affiliation, completely volunteer-based)

• A collective of indie founders and makers to exchange ideas on how to build profitable businesses

• A mastermind group to get feedback on your side project or online business ideas

• A support network to hold you accountable in your internet entrepreneurial journey

What this group is NOT:

• A networking platform to promote your business, generate leads or sell professional services

Who is it for:

• Bootstrappers looking for feedback and support from other like-minded people

• Independent founders and makers running internet-based businesses without venture capital

• Side hustlers looking to self-sustain a profitable business in the long run

What we will do at the meetups:

Group accountability – share our goals and milestones to hold each other

• GTD Coworking sessions – get together for coworking days to get things done, pomodora style

Inspirational roundtable talks – learn from the more successful indie makers and exchange tips

Since this group is run on a voluntary basis, it's intended to be free to participate. If there are future events that entail renting venues, I might ask for some donations to cover the associated fees.

Disclaimer: this group is not sponsored by IndieHackers.com and completely run on a voluntary basis. However, we do honor the code of conduct upheld by the global IndieHakcers community.
