The LA Multifamily Real Estate Networking Group is for you! We're looking for beginning as well as experienced investors who want to (or already have) invest in multifamily properties in Los Angeles. We meet once a month to go over various topics on multifamily investing including: market climate in different neighborhoods, financing, leveraging, rent control, landlord-tenant issues, property management, short term rentals, 1031 exchanges, and any other topics that you or others want to discuss.
We bring specialists in each area to discuss particular topics. But most importantly, it's a chance to meet fellow investors and experts who can answer questions or learn about off market deals that are brewing. Hope to see you there!
