Hi everyone!! 💖 So excited for our second book club meetup! Some of you I met last time and some of you will be new, either way I can’t wait to hang out, talk books, and get to know everyone a bit more. For this meeting we’ll be starting Born, Darkly (Book 1 of the Darkly Madly Duet) by Trisha Wolfe. Please read the first 10 chapters before coming so we have lots to discuss! **This month, a special meeting has been called so that The Bootmakers of Toronto may study the unpublished cases of Sherlock Holmes!** Our Special Guest will be **David Marcum,** described by Nicholas Meyer as "among the best" and "characterized by unflagging imagination and ceaseless ingenuity". David has edited over 60 books and 800 Sherlockian pastiches. He is the creator of the *MX Book of New Sherlock Holmes Stories*and most recently, the author of *The Papers of Sherlock Holmes*, He will be speaking to us about ***The Untold Cases (and Pastiches)***. And who else but our own Chris Redmond would be better able to offer us a most interesting quiz on ***The Untold Cases***?
