**Agenda:**
18:30 - 19:00 Opening and registration

19:45 - 20:15 Talk 2: [Greg Kozakiewicz](https://www.linkedin.com/in/gregkozakiewicz/), Director of Design at Oracle
20:15 - 20:45 Closing and networking
## **✨ Talks**
**Talk by Glòria Langreo - What Breaks When AI Hits Real Product Workflows**
A talk focused on the things that do not work smoothly in practice yet, like undocumented internal APIs, weak documentation, messy systems, and the gap between AI hype and what teams can actually use day to day.
**Talk by Greg Kozakiewicz - Fast is Easy. Coherent is Hard.**
Ai is making it faster and cheaper to build than ever before but speed without coherence is how products fall apart. This talk explores what actually changes for designers and design leaders when Ai enters the workflow at scale: not the tools, but the judgment, the responsibility, and the systems needed to keep products from fragmenting under velocity pressure. Using design systems as a concrete anchor, the talk makes the case that the designer's role isn't shrinking, it's shifting upstream, toward the decisions that Ai can't make on its own. Practical, honest, and beyond the hype.
## **About UXDX**
UXDX helps teams shift from project based delivery to empowered, autonomous product teams. We host global conferences and over 150 free community events each year, bringing together UX, Product, Design and Development practitioners to share how real teams build better products faster.

Software Crafters Barcelona Talks @ Fotocasa Group
**📅 Agenda**
* 18:00-18:15. Check-in.
* 18:15-18:30. Bienvenida de [Fotocasa Group](https://www.linkedin.com/company/inactivo-fcgroup).
* 18:30-19:15. De side project a producto, el camino que nadie cuenta con [Andrés Álvarez](https://www.linkedin.com/in/aalvarezsordo/) (charla en castellano).
* 19:15-20:00. The Hardest Part of Software Isn't the Code with [Wellyson Freitas](https://www.linkedin.com/in/wellyfrs) (talk in english).
* 20:00-21:00. Networking.
**🙇♀️ Facilitan**
* [Wellyson Freitas](https://www.linkedin.com/in/wellyfrs) Software engineer with experience building and operating systems in fintech environments such as Revolut and N26, focusing on complex integrations and real-world constraints.
Writing code has never been easier, but building the right system is not. Engineers still face challenges like understanding unclear problems, collaborating across teams and organisations, aligning on decisions, and evolving systems under real-world constraints. This talk explores where this complexity comes from in practice and how to navigate it more effectively, focusing on the parts of software engineering that go beyond just writing code.

Circle Song: Improvised Body Music
**Invitation**
**We are the instruments.**
A participatory, improvised, embodied practice that reconnects us to one another through rhythm, voice, and play.
This is a guided yet fully improvised experience, using the facilitation tools and methods of [Musica do Circulo](https://www.musicadocirculo.com/en). No prior experience is required, only an openness to connect with other humans in your own fun, light and authentic way.
Circle songs are an invitation into a fully immersive, fully improvised musical experience using vocals, body percussion and movement. It draws inspiration from musical embodied rhythm practices from around the world, including call-and-response singing, rhythmic clapping games and circle song traditions.
*"We are doing something that is so human and so needed, something that we've forgotten." - Igor, circle participant May 2025*
Simply by standing in a circle and connecting with our bodies as our instruments, we are reminded that we can find joy and meaning right here in this present moment, and in the next.
**This event is donation-based. What does this mean?**
It means pay if and what you can, so that everyone can join. It also means spreading the word and bringing your friends to keep this going strong!

Prompt vs. Paintbrush
AI is changing how art is made. But when does it stop being your work and start being the machine’s?
This month we're going to be doing a panel with with digital image, music, and written word artists, talking about at what point, while using AI in the creation process, does the work become not the artist creation?
We encourage audience participation during this event that will be moderated by Chris Slee.
Whether you’re deep in the field or just getting curious, come connect with others building and exploring AI in Columbus.
