Shivyog Forum is a platform of positive and like-minded people, interested in spiritual growth, self-healing and self-awareness. Every week, through virtual videos, Avdhoot Baba Shivanand ji blesses and shares the Divine sacred secrets and knowledge through discourses, guided sacred meditations, chanting of Mantras and Bhajans for overall life transformation. This helps the Forum members to progress in their spiritual journey, in establishing deeper connection with one’s inner being, in ability to forgive and love others, in improved emotional and physical health, mental peace, healthy relationship leading to the awakening and purification of the body mind and soul. Hello All, We've been there a couple of times already, but this time it will be most beautiful, various white, yellow, and blue flowers are blooming in wide parts of the forest. We will meet and start at the "Centre Culturel" in Bergem, which is also the starting point of the "Bergem Autopedestre". https://maps.app.goo.gl/qJkGPk3pkFdvkxv76 There is a parking lot, if you want to come by car, but you can also get there easily by public transport. The terrain is quite flat, just 250m up/down for 15 km, easy also for beginners. Hiking shoes are recommended nevertheless, some parts are known to be a bit slippery or even muddy. After around 10km, we will find a place for the lunch break, about 15-30 minutes, depending on the weather. Current forecast shows some drops of rain before the break, but we will see. **Public Transport:** Bus 611 will leave at 10:40 in front of Luxembourg "Gare Centrale" and will arrive at 11:06 in Bergem, bus stop "Bergem, Centre". We will start the hike right after the bus has arrived. **Carpool:** https://groupcarpool.com/t/to4p7r Please clearly state the place and time of departure, and as a passenger, kindly bring a pair of clean shoes for the return trip. The Alliance is part of the Greater Central Ohio Chapter of the Barbershop Harmony Society. We are an all-voices chorus dedicated to providing an inclusive environment for all those who love to sing, regardless of their race, gender identity, sexual orientation or musical background. The Alliance is the first and only all-voices barbershop chorus in Central Ohio. **Who:** Anyone with a passion for singing at a high level. Previous barbershop chorus/quartet experience not required. **When:** The Alliance rehearses weekly on Thursdays from 7pm-10pm. **Where:** Lord Of Life Lutheran Church: 2480 W Dublin Granville Rd, Columbus, OH 43235 To become a full member of The Alliance, we welcome you to start by visiting us for a few rehearsals to experience the group and sing with us! Then, you may begin the 2-part audition process for membership: the assessement, and audition. This month we will be discussing **Frank Santoro**, an American cartoonist, painter, and comics critic known for his expressive lines, experimental page layouts, and vibrant use of color. His graphic novels—including *Storeyville*, *Pompeii*, and *Pittsburgh*—blend personal storytelling with innovative visual structure, often exploring memory, place, and relationships. In addition to his comics, Santoro has been an influential voice in comics education and criticism, co-founding the magazine *ComicsComics* and creating the **Santoro Correspondence Course for Comic Book Makers**, which has helped train and inspire a new generation of cartoonists. Afterwards, we will have time to work on our individual art projects, hang out, and if anyone is interested in feedback on their work, there will be time for that as well.
