Kundalini Shaking and Dancing Meditation
This meditation is done in 4 stages of 15 minutes each. The first 3 stages have music, the last stage is in silence.
Keep your eyes closed for most of the meditation
1\. stage:
Stand with legs shoulder width apart and lightly bent knees. Let a shaking arise from the feet upwards and include the whole body.
2\. stage
Dancing, let your body move as it wishes.
3\. stage
Standing or sitting, be still, no movements and listen.
4\. stage
Laying down on your back relax and watch with eyes closed

Classes begin with peaceful and mindful Qigong movements. Qigong is a mind-body practice that uses deep breathing, slow movements, self-applied massage and meditation practices. The movements gently exercises and stretches the body, can calm the emotions, and quiet the mind to promote the body's natural healing ability. The meditative, sequenced form is graceful, flowing, fun, and has numerous health benefits which can include reducing stress, improving balance, coordination and strength increasing relaxation, energy, circulation, flexibility, muscle tone, lowering blood pressure, enhancing brain function and the immune system.

About the Instructor : Janna Whitton, M.A.
As a certified speech-language pathologist, Janna’s passion has always been to help others. Throughout her life, she has been keenly interested in health, fitness and the mind-body connection. Once she started taking Qigong and Tai Chi classes, learning about and experiencing the many benefits of these beautiful forms, she knew she wanted to share these ancient practices to help others enjoy the benefits as well.
Janna is certified to teach Qigong and Tai Chi Easy by Dr. Roger Jahnke of the Institute of Integral Qigong and Tai Chi. She is certified to teach Tai Chi for Busy People and 4 Minute Fitness by Dr. Keith Jeffery and Tai Chi for Arthritis and Falls Prevention, Seated Tai Chi for Arthritis, Tai Chi for Energy 1 & 2, Tai Chi for Rehabilitation by Dr. Paul Lam's Health Institute. Janna has studied Qigong with master Qigong instructor Daisy Lee, Qigong and Tai Chi with Master Zhong while in China and Tai Chi and Qigong with Grandmasters Chen Zhenglie, Yang Jun, Ma Hailong and Sun Yongtian. She also has studied under John Chiu and is experienced in the practice of traditional Tai Chi Forms such as the 10 Form, 24 Form, 42 Form, 18 Sword Form, 32 Sword Form and the Kung Fu Fan Form and enjoys sharing these meditation in motion movements with others.

Footsoak 'Water' Meditation
**What is footsoak water meditation?**
Use natural elements to deepen meditation. Water and salt combination takes out imbalances in our system and we feel much more refreshed.
We do guided meditation while our feet are in water.
**How to do it?**
Get along a tumbler in which your feet can dip ankle deep. Additionally get table salt, mug of fresh water and a fiber to wipe feet.
