Bouldering is like a whole body puzzle! And if you never tried we would be happy to have you join us! And the best part is...it's fun and challenging at every level. It is Rock climbing without the ropes, but with lower heights and nice \*soft mats\* to break your fall. :) At Boulderlounge Schlieren we have many routes and skilled staff. We are usually a group of 10-15. And we usually meet at 19:00 at the entrance of Boulderlouge. Some come earlier and some later, but either way write in the chat (see below) and someone will be there to find you and welcome you! Be looking for Ana or Marco. With this Kundalini-inspired yoga program you can enjoy time for yourself after the birth, recharge your batteries and rebuild your pelvic floor, abdominal and back muscles. Have you ever wanted to photograph people on the street—but didn’t dare to ask? You’re not alone. This meetup is a gentle, supportive space to explore street portrait photography by doing the one thing that feels hardest: approaching strangers. Together, we’ll walk, observe, and—when the moment feels right—ask people if we can take their portrait. It might feel uncomfortable at first. That’s okay. We’ll move at our own pace, encourage each other, and learn by doing. Along the way, you’ll discover: • How to approach people with confidence and respect • How to create a sense of trust in just a few seconds • How powerful a simple human connection can be Because sometimes, all it takes is a moment of courage to turn a stranger into something more—even if just for a photograph.

One of our favourite models is pregnant and has suggested that we do a bodyscapes workshop. This workshop will be mostly backlit giving a classy silhouette. All you need is a camera with a portrait lens. The event fee is 100 chf. We are holding back two slots for people on the waitlist. We have a model and a studio to pay for. If you cancel then we might ask you to still pay.

I'm really excited to announce our next Meet Up event. It will take place at Core studio in Rennweg Rennweg 12, 8001 Zurich. Designed to strengthen, release and stretch muscle tensions, conditioning your body by increasing your range of motion and flexibility as well as overcoming back pain; improving your posture and circulation so you can exercise more efficiently, whilst keeping your body injury free. The class is structured as a workout & stretch combination. Open to all levels. You will need to bring a smile, some water and wear comfortable exercise cloths. The class will be 60 minutes which should be more than enough to get those muscles warmed up and you posturised ready for the next session. Suiza. Si, Suiza es diferente. Hay unas tiendecitas donde tomas tu producto directamente y dejas el dinero. Y funcionan! Suiza. Tiene mil caminos preciosos en la ciudad y en la naturaleza esperando a que los descubran. Suiza, ay!, me tiene enamorada! Cuando llegue de mi pais aqui hace más de 11 años, fue muy duro, si. El idioma... El suizo creo que lo entiendo un 30%... o bueno un 20% si hablan con muchas ggrgrgr. Pero con el aleman me defiendo. Y si no, en inglés. Y si no en español que muchas personas aqui ven novelas hispanas en la tele o han estado 2 meses en Buenos Aires o Madrid y te entienden perfectamente. Y si no por señas! Que al final te haces una experta en lenguaje corporal y no hace falta ni hablar! 😂 Bromas aparte, me habria gustado aprender mas rápido todo lo bueno que tiene este pais para ofrecer. Este plan es una pequeña muestra de ello. Una actividad guiada pensada para hacer nuevas amistades, disfrutar del entorno y pasar un buen rato juntas. 🐕 Para todos los publicos. Peques y perritos son muy bienvenidos! Una caminata suave de unos 6 km, de Stettbach a Zurich pasando por una granja local donde: 🥛Se puede comprar leche fresca (lleva botella), 🥚🥚🥚, 🧀 y más productos de granja. 🐄 Disfrutar de acariciar terneros y vacas 🐎 Ver caballos y muchas aves. Opcionalmente podemos hacer una pequeña pausa para tomar algo o improvisar picnic.
