**“What’s your dream house?”** Marielle, one of our members, will kindly offer the venue for our art gathering. She is from the Netherlands and lives in Seoul for work. Surprisingly, she chose to live in a hanok. She said it was the best choice, rather than living in an apartment or residence. As I get older, I feel much more comfortable when I’m in a hanok. It doesn’t have to be a luxurious house. Because it has a small garden inside, every corner feels like a frame from nature. It is a way of living with nature that Koreans have developed over time. That’s why it feels so harmonious with Korean nature. Merille’s hanok is located in Bukchon Hanok Village. Feel free to stroll around at your own pace and make art as you go. Let’s gather and share at her home. If you’d like to explore the house, it’s fine to arrive a little early. We are a real world Martial arts group. \ Called DO JUNG ISHU (the art of fighting) \ Based off of Jeet kune do we just continued where Bruce Lee left off. \ We have been around a while. \ We are donation based. Our monthly meeting will be Sunday April 19th 1-4 PM This will be held at 4049 Garrett W Dr, Columbus, 43214 This is off of Olentangy River Rd, north of Riverside Hospital. This is the home of one of our members. Everyone is welcome - beginner to expert. This is a casual folding session. People will teach a few models.

Join us for an hour of writing! We’ve discovered that it’s strikingly helpful to write with other writers. See if it’s true for you at 7:00pm on Wednesday, April 22 at Streetlight Guild. Be it a book, blog, script, essay, dissertation, resume, melody, poem or just plain work stuff, you are invited to write it with us. No one will see what you've written or give you unsolicited advice. Instead of just thinking about writing, come and get some real writing done. **SCHEDULE:** 6:45ish - Quick introductions 7:00 - Timer starts: write for 1 hour 8:00 - The End **OPTIONAL SOCIALIZING** happens before and after the writing hour. Writing is very solitary. Connecting (and sometimes even commiserating) with other writers is a cool thing. **BEING LATE IS OKAY:** just show up and get settled! If you were on time, please be willing to make room for the friendly latecomer.
