Sahaja Yoga es una práctica de meditación que nos permite alcanzar un estado de equilibrio general, tanto a nivel físico como emocional y espiritual. El objetivo central es alcanzar y mantener el estado de conciencia sin pensamientos o silencio mental. Con práctica regular de meditación podemos establecer este estado en nuestro interior.
No es necesario llevar nada al curso y puedes vestirte de ropa normal. Después de la clase podemos tomar té y hay tiempo para preguntas y conversación.

Tässä meditaatiossa tutkimme, mitä tarkoittaa tuoda rakastavaa ystävällisyyttä tavallisiin kohtaamisiin – kumppanin, ystävien, työtovereiden tai tuntemattomien kanssa.

In everyday relationships, small moments can easily trigger irritation, defensiveness, or misunderstanding. We may react quickly, close off, or hold on to our own view.
In this meditation we explore what it means to bring loving-kindness into these ordinary encounters — with partners, friends, colleagues, and strangers.
What changes when we meet others from a slightly more open and patient place?

Monday meditation is a weekly Zen practice. We meditate together and each week explore a new topic that can open new perspectives about our own mind and our experience of life.
The practice can bring more clarity, peace, and balance — both in meditation and in everyday life.

Run to Sauna
**All are welcome**, wherever you are in your running/walking journey!
We meet at Lapinlahti’s sauna, and the run begins promptly at 6:00 PM. **Please arrive early to get ready.**
* There is a changing room, a few lockers, and a bathroom available.
* We will run from the sauna to the Sibelius Monument and back — a total distance of 6–6.5 km.
* The sauna house will be locked while we are out running.
* After the run, we will swim, hang out, and enjoy the sauna until **8:00 PM**.
* We kindly ask everyone to leave by 8:00 PM.
* **To ensure fair participation, if you are no longer able to join, please cancel at least 3 hours in advance so individuals on the waitlist may attend.**

Tapaamme Lapinlahden saunalla ja lähdemme juoksemaan noin kello 18.00. Tulethan ajoissa!
• Käytössä on pukuhuone, lokeroita ja vessat.
• Juoksemme saunalta Sibelius-monumentille ja takaisin. Kokonaismatka on noin 6-6,5 km.
• Sauna on lukossa juoksun ajan. Juoksun jälkeen saunomme, uimme ja vietämme aikaa yhdessä kello 20.00 saakka. Kello 20.00 jälkeen meidän täytyy poistua.

Holistica - Body-Mind Flow
**Holistica BodyMind Flow**
The Holistica classes are a fusion of mobility, strength, breath work and relaxation exercises. We also use Yoga, Qigong, and somatic practices, as well as playfulness, dance, and creative activities.
Every class is different and the main goal is to connect to our bodies through movement, to build a warm, welcoming and supportive community and to provide tools to support us to improve our overall health and wellbeing in everyday life.
**Exclusively for women.** Migrant women very welcome. LGBT+ very welcome.
Come as you are, bringing openness and curiosity.

**Designed for experienced cybersecurity professionals, this event focuses on senior peer-level exchange. Others are welcome to apply, though priority will be given to those**
**with several years in the field.**
No career in cybersecurity is without setbacks, and no real expertise is built without learning from them. This event digs into how experienced professionals turn difficult moments and missteps into strength.
With experience comes perspective. This event is designed for senior women in cybersecurity to openly reflect on the challenges, mistakes, and turning points that have shaped their careers.
Expect honest conversations, shared insight, and meaningful connections among peers.

**Benjamin Särkkä** is a cybersecurity leader, hacker, and CEO of 10100 Group, as well as the founder of the Disobey community. With experience ranging from building incident response capabilities to leading cybersecurity in organisations of different sizes, he brings a practical, real-world perspective not only to digital defense but also to how setbacks can be turned into strengths.
**Kaarina Satamo** is Head of Identity Management at Nordea. She has a background in global industrial companies with passion in Identity and Access Management and how it can support cybersecurity, compliance and process automation. She values diversity, strategic thinking and focuses on practical and responsible solutions.

Restorative Forest Experience - Seurasaari
Discover the restorative power of nature on a guided forest walk on the
island of Seurasaari. Through calm observation and gentle connection
with the forest atmosphere, slow down, unwind, and sharpen your
senses.
**IMPORTANT**: Spots are limited, please make sure to reserve yours! If you are not registered, you will be kindly asked to leave.
Step out of everyday busyness and into a more present, embodied
experience of nature. Practice selected ForestMind exercises and
include optional moments of shared reflection in a safe, supportive
space.
These gentle exercises invite you to open your senses, cultivate a
feeling of calm and refreshment, and practice being fully present in the
moment. Some invitations focus on noticing and kindly accepting your
own thoughts, emotions, and bodily sensations.
The method, developed in Finland by Mrs. Sirpa Arvonen, combines
researched nature-based health effects with simple mind-skill practices
and is suitable for everyone, regardless of age, fitness level, or previous
experience. Leave the forest feeling grounded, refreshed, and more
connected to yourself and your surroundings.
**Program details:**
*WHEN:* Sunday 26th of April, starting at 14.00 and ending around 17.00
*LOCATION:* Seurasaari Island – about 3,5 Km on designated forest trails
(easy access, paths available).
*MEETING POINT:* I will meet you just before the white bridge in Seurasaari,
(you will see the bridge when you get off from the bus).
*AGE:* over 18yo
***PLEASE NOTE***: the activity will take place with sun or rain. Participants bring
comfortable shoes/clothing, weatherproof clothing, water bottle, and an
open mind. No extra equipment required.

Sunday funday: let's play dodgeball at Scioto Audubon park
Dodgeball is back again!
If you’ve been wanting to come out, this is an easy one to join. We’ll be playing for about 1.5 to 2 hours, you do not need to bring any equipment, and no experience is needed.
We use a specific set of rules and equipment to make the games run better and keep them fun for everybody, not just people who already know how to play.
If it rains, the event will be canceled.

At the start of this year, we gathered to look back, set intentions, and imagine the next chapter.
This is the follow-up.
Not a check-in. Not a progress report. A small, facilitated circle to reconnect with what you said mattered — and honestly explore what’s actually happening now.
Together, we’ll explore:
• What you intended at the start of this year - and what that looks like three months in
• What’s surprised you, supported you, or shifted
• What the next chapter needs now that you know what you know
If you were at our January gathering, bring whatever you made or wrote — your word, your artifact, your intention. We’ll look at it with fresh eyes. If this is your first time, you belong here too. You’ll start where we all started: with what’s true right now.
Optional art materials will be available for anyone who wants to reflect creatively alongside conversation. If you brought something home from January, you’re warmly invited to bring it back.
The intention is the same as always: everyone leaves feeling more clear, more connected, and a little lighter.
Space is intentionally limited to keep the experience intimate.

Powell Gold Star Referral Club Meetup
We meet at lunch each week and each meeting follows a fairly organized agenda. First all participants pass their business cards around. Then each member and guest is invited to give a one-minute overview of their company and what is a perfect referral for the week. We always have a 10 minute presentation from one of the members about their business in more detail. And finally we pass referrals. You're welcome to visit. Nobody is ever put on the spot.
