T’imagines la passió de l’òpera fora d’un gran teatre? Nosaltres transformarem un espai ple d’històries en un escenari on la música i les paraules es troben. Així que et convidem a una experiència íntima i totalment original: una versió de concert del gran mestre Giuseppe Verdi, **Rigoletto**, que et farà vibrar a pocs centímetres dels artistes, al cor de la preciosa **Llibreria Byron**. **BYRON és una llibreria-cafè , punt cultural de referència a Barcelona**. Sin embargo, Rigoletto es muy protector de su hija *Gilda* y odia a la corte por su libertinaje y falta de moral. Un día, el duque de Mantua decide conquistar a Gilda, y Rigoletto teme por su seguridad. Para protegerla, Rigoletto la esconde en un lugar secreto y contrata a un asesino para matar al duque. Sin embargo, el plan de Rigoletto falla y, en lugar del duque, Gilda es raptada y llevada a la corte. Desesperado por encontrar a su hija, Rigoletto se enfrenta al duque y descubre que su hija ha sido seducida por él. En un acto de venganza, Rigoletto jura matar al duque. Para los que no me conocéis soy Doctor en historia contemporánea por la UB y fundador de este grupo de meet up. ¿Sabías que la ley de vagos y maleantes en la que se apoyó la dictadura franquista para reprimir la homosexualidad era una ley aprobada por el gobierno de izquierdas de la II República? En esta charla exploraremos la represión de la homosexualidad durante el franquismo. Conoceremos el armazón ideológico-legislativo que enmarcó dicha represión. ¿Sabías que existieron colonias agrícolas donde estas personas eran aisladas y sometidas a trabajos forzados? Desde 1954, el régimen franquista convirtió a los homosexuales en “enemigos” legales. En esta charla analizaremos los argumentos pseudocientíficos en los que la dictadura se apoyó para justificar esta persecución. Cómo la respiración puede ayudarte a regularte, escucharte y empezar un cambio profundo a través del trabajo corporal. **DESCRIPCIÓN DEL EVENTO:** ¿sabes cómo respiras y cómo influye en tu vida? La respiración como herramienta corporal para regularte y transformarte. La respiración es mucho más que una función automática o inconsciente del organismo: es una vía directa de contacto con lo que sentimos y de cómo estamos en el mundo. En esta charla exploraremos cómo la forma en que respiramos influye en nuestro estado emocional, en nuestro nivel de tensión y en nuestra capacidad para estar presentes. Es importante saber cómo respiro, cómo es mi propio patrón respiratorio. Entender cómo es una forma apropiada de respirar y reconocer mi estructura anatómica y funcional. Asumir una cierta responsabilidad y concienciación diaria de la propia ventilación. Practicar técnicas respiratorias junto con el desbloqueo de la tensión corporal para recuperar una respiración funcional y una cierta coherencia en cómo es mi forma de vivir. Todo esto va a impactar e influenciar en la gran mayoría de los sistemas del organismo. La respiración se convierte entonces en una herramienta de regulación y también de autoconocimiento. Se formularán propuestas y mostrarán metodologías para mejorar la respiración y que sea más eficiente, libre y orgánica. También se facilitará una invitación a sentir, a parar y a habitar el propio cuerpo. Lo que se presenta aquí es una introducción a un trabajo respiratorio y corporal más amplio. Un primer paso para quienes sienten que la respiración y el cuerpo tiene algo importante que decir.
