This is a weekly training session with Vienna Gaels, a Vienna-based Irish GAA club playing Gaelic football and hurling. The session is relaxed, structured, and welcoming, with coaching provided throughout. Agenda • Arrive from 5:45 and meet the group • Warm-up as a full group • One hour of Gaelic football training and one hour of hurling training • The order alternates each week • Wrap-up shortly before 8:00 pm Who it’s for • All levels are welcome • New players are encouraged • No previous experience of Gaelic sports is needed • Men’s and ladies teams train on the same night What to bring • Sportswear suitable for outdoor training • Football boots or trainers (astro or moulded studs work best) • Water No equipment is required to try your first session. Argentine tango has nothing to do with the tango you've seen on TV. No dramatic dips. No fixed choreography to memorise. No performance. Real tango is a conversation. Two people, close together, listening to each other through embrace, weight and breath. The leader proposes. The follower responds. The dance emerges from that - improvised, alive, completely in the present moment. It is one of the most direct ways I know to practice both body and mind. In this introductory evening, you'll learn the basic structure of the embrace and a few simple steps. More importantly, you'll begin to feel what tango is actually about: connection. To your own body first, then to another person. You don't need a partner. You don't need dance experience. You need comfortable shoes with a smooth sole and an open mind. I've been dancing tango for years, and I come to it from the same place I come to everything else I teach: the body knows things the mind doesn't. Tango is one of the ways we learn to trust that. AGENDA Beachvolleyball 3vs3 and 2vs2, 2 courts - 4:00 - 4:10 PM: warm Up - 4:05/4:10 PM: Filling Up the courts - 4:10 - 4:40 PM: 3vs3 Games - 4:40 -5:40/ 5:50 PM: 2vs2 Games - 5:40/5:50 -6:00 PM: Back to 3 vs3 for more social and friendliness 🫠 or maybe tryout some new beach fun. Everyone on the court - everybody will play 2vs2, starting with 6:40 pm (minim 2 or 3 consecutive games, after which will Take 1 Game break) - We Reserve the right to adapt on the court Level and requests of Hosts and regular Players in the aim of maintaining good vibes, be inclusive and playfull. Games are social and fun, Not competitive!
