Una invitación a jugar a través de la música. Una invitación a hacer música con nada más y nada menos que tu propio cuerpo. Este taller nos permite conocer múltiples posibilidades sonoras de nuestro cuerpo, combinarlas y jugar con ellas, incluyendo, además de lo puramente percutivo, la voz como elemento rítmico y melódico. Aprenderemos ritmos de diferentes estilos musicales al mismo tiempo que dejaremos espacio a la improvisación y a la creación individual y colectiva a través de juegos y dinámicas variadas. El principal objetivo es aprender de forma lúdica por medio de esta práctica musical y crear un espacio que nos permita explorar y enriquecer nuestra musicalidad.20

¿Qué hacemos? A las 20:00h tenemos una meditación budista guiada. La meditación tiene una duración de unos 25 minutos y es accesible y beneficiosa para personas de todos los niveles de experiencia. ¡AVISO! Si es tu primer dia te esperamos 10 minutos antes. ¡Estaremos encatados de recibirte! ¿Qué es el Camino del Diamante? El Buda dio instrucciones a tres clases de personas. Las primeras que deseaban evitar el sufrimiento recibieron las enseñanzas sobre Causa y Efecto, llamadas Camino Angosto (Hinayana). El segundo tipo de personas sentía la necesidad de beneficiar a los demás, por lo que les dio enseñanzas sobre compasión y sabiduría, llamadas Gran Camino (Mahayana). Finalmente a las personas que tenían una confianza sólida en su propio potencial y en de los demás, el Buda explicó enseñanzas del Camino del Diamante (Vajrayana). En este último nivel utilizamos métodos de identificación con la meta y actuamos como un Buda hasta que llegamos a ser como él. En el nivel más elevado, la meta, es el completo desarrollo de la mente, a lo cual denominó el Gran Sello (Mahamudra). ¿Quiénes somos? El Centro Budista Camino del Diamante de Barcelona forma parte de los más de 700 centros de meditación a nivel internacional de la tradición Karma Kagyu del Budismo Tibetano. Estos centros han sido fundados y guiados por Lama Ole Nydahl y su esposa Hannah Nydahl, de acuerdo con los deseos de H. H. XVI Karmapa. Ahora están bajo la guía espiritual de H.H. XVII Gyalwa Karmapa, Trinley Thaye Dorje. Nuestro centro está formado por personas que tienen sus propios trabajos e incorporan las enseñanzas y las meditaciones del Camino del Diamante en sus vidas cotidianas. Nuestros miembros comparten la responsabilidad de guiar meditaciones, contestar preguntas y dar explicaciones sobre budismo. Nuestro trabajo no es remunerado y se basa en el idealismo y la amistad. La Meditación Budista calma la turbulencia de la mente y nos permite moldearla para así llevarla a estados de conciencia mas sublimes. Durante las clases tomamos turnos entre enseñando dos prácticas de meditación esenciales, la metta bhavana o el desarrollo del amor incondicional y el seguimiento de la respiración (mindfulness) o el cultivo de la atención plena. También ofrecemos una breve charla de 15 minutos sobre un aspecto del budismo. Estas clases son una excelente manera de probar la meditación. No hace falta reservar. This session introduces Squad: an open-source framework for multi-agent orchestration that lets you define teams of AI agents with specific roles, responsibilities, and expertise. We'll progress from Copilot basics to the Copilot CLI, explore how Agents add autonomy, and see how Instructions and Skills let you customize agent behavior.
