En un momento del año que invita al movimiento y a los nuevos comienzos, creamos este espacio para **soltar, respirar y volver al cuerpo**… sin exigencias, sin expectativas. Un espacio para simplemente estar, sentir y dejar que la energía se ordene. ¿Qué es una Meditación Activa? A diferencia de la meditación tradicional sentada, comenzamos moviendo el cuerpo.
