[FIVARS - Festival of International Virtual & Augmented Reality Stories](https://fivars.net) 2026 is shaping up to be one of the best in its 12-year history. Location-based festival in Toronto runs June 15-19th. Each week we choose a topic, and the goal is to use the conversation to develop our critical thinking and communication as we explore that topic. Also known as Rueda de Casino, this is a Cuban salsa dance style where a group of couples form a circle and execute synchronized salsa moves under the direction of a "caller".
