Während die Babys (0-14 Monate) in einer vorbereiteten Umgebung spielen und entdecken, geht es für dich um inneres Hinschauen, persönlichen Wachstum, Austausch und Unterstützung unter Mamas, die den gleichen Weg gehen: Den Weg des bewussten ElternSeins. ### **Ein Raum für DICH** Mit einem Baby beginnt nicht nur ein neues Kapitel im Außen – auch im Inneren bewegt sich unglaublich viel. Elternschaft bringt uns oft in Kontakt mit unserer Vergangenheit, alten Mustern, ungelebten Bedürfnissen und Grenzen, die wir selbst nie richtig lernen durften. In meiner **Krabbelgruppe für bewusste Mamas** geht es deshalb vor allem um **DICH**. Ein Raum für dich, deine Elternschaft und deine inneren Themen. **Ice bathing together at Treptower Park and surroundings – regular & reliable ☀️❄️** Exact time and date - we schedule together! Meetup once a week! Hello everyone, I’m looking for a like-minded person (or a small group) who would like to go ice bathing together once a week on a regular basis – preferably at Treptower Park and the surrounding area. The day and time are flexible for me; what matters most to me is reliability and consistency. I’ve been ice bathing for several years and value this practice greatly: as an energising time in nature, as a shared act of overcoming oneself, and as something that is noticeably beneficial for both body and mind. For me, it has positive effects on health, sleep, and recovery – and it’s a wonderful way to start the next week feeling light, uplifted, and content. After four years, my previous ice-bathing partner is unfortunately no longer able to join, so I’m now happy to meet new people. I’m open and enjoy coordinating flexibly.
