Our meetings typically involve a 30-minute sitting meditation that is part guided, part silent, followed by a reading and an open discussion. It’s free to attend. We welcome all levels of experience with meditation. Our meditation sessions are led by rotating members of the group. There is no leader or authoritarian structure. Everyone is equal. Come as you are. Be prepared to remove your shoes and silence your phone. We meet at Austin Zen Center at 11am on Sunday.
