Le fine-tuning est coûteux, lent et rigide. Il existe une meilleure approche. Dans ce talk, nous explorerons deux patterns fondamentaux de Spring AI pour construire des assistants métier vraiment utiles. Le RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) d'abord : comment donner au LLM accès à vos documents, vos bases de connaissance et vos données internes, sans ré-entraîner le modèle. Le Function Calling ensuite : comment permettre au LLM d'appeler votre code Java pour récupérer des données en temps réel et déclencher des actions dans vos systèmes. En 20 minutes, démo incluse, vous repartirez avec les deux briques essentielles pour construire un agent métier sérieux avec Spring Boot portable, interchangeable entre fournisseurs de LLM, et idiomatique pour tout développeur Spring. Nous parlerons du deuil et de la perte. L’intervenante vous posera des questions afin d’approfondir les problématiques du deuil, de la perte et de l’attachement. Nous ferons appel à l’écoute sensible et à l’observation participative. Cette écoute collective permettra de mettre en évidence dans quelles circonstances nous nions la mort et la séparation. There are usually 2 sessions to choose from, **This 11 am - Open Session is open to players of all levels, though mainly intermediate players and below.** **If you are a complete beginner -** Talk to us first before signing up, and we can try to make accommodations and maybe have beginners-only court to begin with, with one of the organisers ready to explain all of the basics, such as serving, scoring, rules etc, as well as some pointers to help you progress. **Which Session To Choose** If you're unsure of your level, sign up for the 11am session to start, or ask us! We will try our utmost to ensure that you play with people of similar levels. **What Do You Need** Don't worry about equipment; racquets and shuttlecocks are provided, and there's no need for a badminton license or insurance. Just bring your indoor sports shoes, and a willingness to meet new friends and have lots of fun. There are changing rooms and showers. **Get There Early** Try and get there early to change and get warmed up so that we can start right on time. The courts are normally not being used before we play, so we can get a little extra time playing. **Registration & Payments** Registration is 14€ per person, and you can sign up via PayPal through this event page. We started this group to meet new people and make new friends, and bonding over games in a relaxed atmosphere is a great way to do that. We currently meet near route 23 and Polaris Parkway, and this is close to areas like Powell, Lewis Center, Worthington, and parts of Westerville and Columbus. 
Feel free to bring your own games or play one of the many games our members bring. If you are inexperienced, we will help you learn. 
Here are just a few examples of the kind of games we play. 
Tabletop/board games: Splendor, Catan, Azul, Dominion, 7 Wonders… 
Social deduction games: Code Names, Chameleon, Werewords… 
IMPORTANT: 
1. While we love playing a variety of games and competing, we are not just about the games. We interact and talk while playing, and this leads to a lot of laughter and fun. If you just want to compete and focus solely on the game, then this is probably not the group you are looking for. 
2. Many people join groups like this and never (or rarely) show up after weeks or months. If you join and never really come, we will eventually remove you from the group as a courtesy to our members. Why? Because limiting group conversations (on the app) to regular members makes communication and planning much easier. Also, while it may be rare, it protects members from people who join because they are interested in following a person instead of having a real interest in our group. If you get removed, it is just because you haven’t come, and we follow this protocol as a courtesy to our regular game players.

The topic for April is "Water" Speak Easy: true stories, told live. The idea is simple: an audience, an open microphone, and great stories. Hilarious, gripping, poignant- it's up to you. Audiences are invited to come to listen or come to tell as folks from all corners of Columbus offer their stories live on stage! Held at Wild Goose Creative's warm, intimate space, this night of tales occurs on the 3rd Thursday of every month. Doors open at 6:30 pm, show starts at 7:00 pm. Please arrive early if you want to tell, as we generally only have room for a limited number of tellers, and the sign-up sheet has a tendency to fill up fast. Formed around the idea that people need stories--they're what hold and draw us together--SpeakEasy celebrates the strangeness and commonness of being human. And in a world of smartphones, Facebook, Twitter, and more . . . it gives people a real, breathing, in-person way to connect. The night is geared for true stories of all kinds, taking the best tales told around kitchen tables, in darkened pubs, on the street corner, and at late-night parties and giving them an audience. Speak Easy is also a great outlet for performers, writers, and artists looking to share their favorite stories and perfect their skills. We strongly encourage tellers to please tell the story rather than read it so we keep within the spirit of good storytelling and stay engaged with the audience. All are welcome.
