🌞 Sunset Yoga & Picnic

This Wednesday, Oct 15 at 17:30, on our yoga platform at Praia de Ourigo.
The weather looks perfect – 26°C, almost no wind, and low tide.🌊

We’ll flow through a mix of Hatha and Vinyasa, open to all levels.
Strengthen the body, calm the mind, look inward, and find your balance.🙏✨

🧺 After class: join our picnic & sunset gathering – everyone is welcome to bring something small to share.

Don't forget:
🧘‍♀️ Yoga mat (blocks if you like)
🧥 Sweater – it can get cool in the evening
🥗 Something for the picnic

Price: €7 – payable on site
